Major G M Sajjad (Retd) is a seasoned executive and Chief Operating Officer of Unibridge Group, bringing with him 18 years of distinguished leadership experience from the Bangladesh Army. During his military career, he commanded multiple units and a mechanized infantry company under the United Nations, demonstrating exceptional expertise in operations, strategy, and international collaboration.
An alumnus of the Defence Services Command and Staff College, Major Sajjad also earned an MBA from American International University and an MSc in Social Science from Bangladesh University of Professionals. He is currently pursuing the CMI Level-8 Diploma in Strategic Leadership, further strengthening his ability to blend military precision with corporate strategy.
At Unibridge Group, he oversees organizational operations, infrastructure development, compliance and international partnerships, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across the group’s diverse portfolio. With extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, expanding global collaborations and implementing innovative strategies, he has played a key role in enhancing institutional effectiveness and ensuring ethical governance.
