Dr Maurice K. Dimmock is an internationally recognised education leader with decades of experience in internationalisation, quality assurance and higher education management. He was the Founder and Chairman of ASIC UK, Founder and Managing Director of QISAN, and currently serves as Director of ASIQUAL. His distinguished career includes senior leadership roles as Principal of Cleveland College and Director of International Development and Pro Vice-Chancellor at Northumbria University, where he pioneered global partnerships and international programmes.
As a consultant, Dr Dimmock has advised universities worldwide on international strategy, accreditation and global rankings, and has worked with the World Bank and multiple UK universities on major projects across Malaysia, Thailand, Egypt and beyond. He also serves as Vice President of IVETA (USA) and is a celebrated international keynote speaker on transformational leadership and quality assurance in education.
Recognised with an Honorary Doctorate for Outstanding Contribution to International Higher Education, Dr Dimmock is also a Chartered Engineer, European Engineer and Fellow of the City and Guilds Institute. His legacy is marked by innovative initiatives that have expanded access to education and strengthened international collaboration in higher learning.
