Dr Samir Naseef, MBBS, PMETB, MRCGP is the Founder and a Clinical Lead of Chequers Health Group and the visionary behind Chequers Academy.
After earning his MBBS in 1996 and completing his Postgraduate Medical Education and Training in 2006, Dr Naseef began practising as a General Practitioner, contracting with NHS England to deliver primary care across multiple GP practices. Over nearly two decades, he has built a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation in service delivery, and a strong commitment to improving patient access to quality healthcare.
With over 15 years of experience training medical students from leading institutions such as Manchester University and King’s College London, as well as mentoring paramedical staff, Dr Naseef is deeply invested in healthcare education. This passion for developing future clinicians led him to establish Chequers Academy—a dedicated training hub offering:
Practical clinical skills courses in phlebotomy, IV management, ultrasound, ECG, and emergency care.
Exam preparation for PLAB, UKMLA, and medical school admissions.
Career support programmes for international medical graduates, including NHS orientation, communication training, and hands-on clinical attachments.
Through both Chequers Health Group and Chequers Academy, Dr Naseef combines clinical leadership with education, empowering clinicians at all stages of their careers while championing patient-centred, preventative healthcare.
